2535 Alsace is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $55 per pet per month. There is also a refundable $500 deposit required for the first pet and $300 for the second pet. There is a 50 lb weight limit for dogs and aggressive breeds are not allowed.
